Welcome all to my very first giveaway! Yay!!! After multiple set backs…I finally got it here in one piece to share with you.

I was so excited when I caught a friend of mine tweeting about her shop on Etsy! We had a little meeting and a few Facebook conversations and an email to bring you this awesome giveaway!

So first my review:
I absolutely love this mini box, I called it the Tooth Fairy Box because my little Mad is loosing all of her teeth and if she isn’t careful she will only be able to eat soup! This little box is made of Alder wood and is super cute with a name engraved on top.

Sand Shooters offer several sizes of these cute boxes and would be perfect for all those special moments. Check out the ring box and DVD case…Perfect for the Wedding Day!

The engraving on Leather was very impressive. Andrea had a piece slid into her memory binder. I don’t think I will look at scrap booking the same now. Imagine your little boy’s special book or even a special page, it would give it that special touch.

She also showed me some pens that were very impressive. I used to engrave when I was first married on the Air Force Base where we were stationed and pens were not easy to get right. She also had cute pencils that she had done as wedding favors Why didn’t I think of that!). There are so many different items that I can’t even begin to tell you about them all!

Tell us a little bit about yourself Andrea.

I am married with three kids, two dogs, and one cat. I commonly refer to this as my circus! My husband and I both have full time jobs, so this is juggled in between those and my husband’s college courses. Busy, busy, busy! Not unlike many other sellers on Etsy and ArtFire.
I am a part of this with my parents and my sister. I also started up ALF Creations about a year ago. More on that later, but it is mostly handmade, one of a kind jewelry

How long have you been doing custom engraving?

The laser engraver is new. It arrived in April of this year. And that is when my sister and I became a part of it as well. My parents have been doing the laser engraving for. . .I’m not sure. A long time! lol

Why do you call it Sand Shooters?

That’s how the business originally started. Sandblasting. And they still do that. Sandblasting of tiles and rocks and glass. Very cool stuff.
What is your favorite item?
Mmm, though one. I love it all, really. The cribbage board. My dad builds those. They are not stock cribbage boards that we buy and engrave. Very Awesome. I am also really into stamps. Having a fun time with those, and wish I could get some more orders so I can experiment! hint hint.
