I make a chicken crescent dish...It is very good with chopped chicken, cheese, mayo, crushed tortilla chips...and the How to get your kids to eat the items they don't like...I pull out my food chopper and chop so finely that even if they wanted to pull it out they couldn't, tomatoes, red and green peppers, green chilies, olives, mushrooms. I am not a fan of some of those either, but I now eat them.
My other trick comes in soup form...I pull out the vegetable peeler and "peel" carrots and parsnips into my corn and ham chowder...My husband couldn't figure out why the cheese wasn't melting and he ate and ate and ate...he hates carrots, the kids didn't question it.
When it comes to fruit, I have not mastered that one yet, but I should. marshmallow, cottage cheese and jello aren't hiding anything, lol.

A big thanks to TwitterMoms and Little Blends for this awesome idea and contest.
Also on Horizon's Little Blends site is a wonderful coupon so please check it out. Horizon became my favorite brand of dairy products when we moved to California because we passed a semi truck with Idaho plates (my home state). I was in a panic about how to find good dairy products when we moved because I partly grew up on my grandparents dairy farm during the summer and weekends. Our milk and dairy products were delivered right to our door in town growing up.
