When I think about the perfect vacation it always involves a cabin in the woods…or is that a horror movie?! No really, I love Cabins in the woods with spectacular views. I grew up surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and beautiful quaking aspens. This was my first trip to Tennessee and I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Smoky mountains. I can tell you that I was not disappointed with the views. I was also pleasantly surprised with the Mountaintop Lodge it was spectacular. The perfect blend of rustic and refined in one amazing cabin that comfortably slept all 34 of us.
I didn’t personally interact with any of the staff at Cabin Fever Vacations, but the Brandcation leadership team told us they were very accommodating when it came to supplying us with enough toilet paper and towels to enjoy our weekend. I stayed on the second floor in a queen sized top bunk with Tanya. We had a blast from the time we met up at the Chicago airport all the way to Tennessee and back. Our bed was surprisingly comfy. I never owned a bunk bed growing up so this was a new experience for me. The view from our bed was amazing, but even better from out on the porch. I spent a lot of down time enjoying the view from the r0cking chairs out back.
Take the virtual tour of the cabin I stayed in with 33 other women. See all six of the beautiful bedrooms and vaulted ceiling loft area upstairs that sleeps 8-10 people. Step out on the decks with plenty of seating to take in the beautiful views or lounge in one of the two hot tubs. This is what bliss looks like.
Who wouldn’t want to have their next retreat here?!
