Beachbody Ultimate Reset {Good} Eats

I am currently on day 5 of Beachbody Ultimate Reset. These are a few pictures of the good eats that I have been able to take advantage of while on the Reset. I think that often we get caught up in what we think a program is and not what it actually is. To be honest I thought that I would be starving to death and eating things that were foreign to me. Things that I wouldn’t be able to find out here on the prairie. Okay, yes there are things that I can’t find, but so far two items from the Beachbody Ultimate Reset phase 1 that I couldn’t locate here. One I ordered and the second I had no intention of ordering.

This isn’t a paid review or anything, it is just the Beachbody program that I felt I needed to do to get my head in the game and I am an Independednt Beachbody Coach. It is real food that is good for you. Clean eating made simple in the layout of the Ultimate Reset program. I haven’t gone hungry yet. Yes there is a bit of prep work and yes you have to have a plan, but so far I have lost just over 2 lbs and been right on track with my Weight Watchers 360 program.
